$125,000 on AdSense with Single Website! 2018 AdSense Earnings Milestones
Hey YouTube – I'm Leo with AdSense Ninja,
and it's almost New Year's – it's December 20th and this month I've hit three Milestones on my Adsense so I decided to share them with you. Now the point of
this video is not to brag, but to inspire and to encourage you – publishers to continue working on your websites and on your Adsense – continue optimizing and tell you
that this is a long-term strategy and in the end it does pay off so let's begin
I'm not really sure what the point of the video is I just wanted to share with
you again not to brag.
So three of my websites hit a pretty round number this
month or within like a week or two and for one of them is my very first web
site so it hit $50000 dollars in December maybe end of November but that
just just went over fifty thousand and I'll talk about that a little bit more
my first investment web site that I purchased close to four years ago for
five thousand dollars it went over 10k on Adsense and on my
best-performing web site in terms of total revenue from
every possible source hit $125,000 dollars lifetime
earnings on Adsense so you know this dates here they're from June 24th 2011
till today now I actually don't have web site
report data from before that maybe that was the first time I added my first web
site this one that made fifty thousand dollars so actually it is my very first
web site that was making money with Adsense.
I started it in 2008 and so
before June 2011 it was make or during that summer it was making around $1,700 to $2,000 bucks / Month So in reality that side has earned a lot
more I would guess about $20,000 more so say $70K, but I do not have data for this
particular website I have total data for the whole account but there are other
websites so I can't say for sure how much the website made on Adsense prior
to June 24th as you can see here again report is not available for days earlier
than June 21st so let's say it made like $65 – $70 thousand total but from data I
have it's around fifty thousand dollars so that's cool. My best-performing
site – again $125,000 and, in the last couple of years actually last three
years I've actually not been monetizing it with Adsense very much I've put other
types of monetization on it.
But it still makes you know $500 – $700 bucks a month.
There are still some ads that have not removed
completely you know. I didn't do a complete cleanup on the site – so it still
makes money now this my first investment website so I bought it for five thousand
dollars back in March 2015 give or take and that if you watched my previous
video about buying websites on Flippa so it was published on November 1st (2018) and I
think that's when it was recorded maybe couple days prior but I basically back
then it was at $9883 so it also made about six hundred fifty bucks
on Amazon maybe no more by now but so I make much money anymore
because the traffic kind of died down I really not put any time in it recently
and I should because I'm actually planning to do some other things with it
but uh as you can see from this reports that if you you know put time into it
and you don't break Adsense rules you can make some really good money! I mean
imagine one website making just an AdSense $125,000! Now for somebody it may
be not a lot for me and I'm sure for many of you it's actually a lot of money
but again it's not the only source of income for that side and the law since
the end of 2015 – so the last three years I have not really done Adsense on it or
not much I've switched gears for that website, and so is this my my first one I
actually also sell products on my first website and services – so Adsense is
like auxiliary helping out a little bit this site made at least $50,000
dollars – more like $70,000 So basically play by the rules, optimize
your website and and you will see success guys and yes it's difficult to
grow traffic but what I show in my videos is how to improve earnings
without growing traffic and I'm actually going to make a lot of videos even today
and I will publish them within a couple of days – maybe even try to publish them
today showing you that optimization works and show you how to actually
optimize it – so stick with that guys don't give up just work at it and think
of it as a long-term not investment but long-term project where where you don't
see success right away but over time it's you just get there just don't give
up I'm actually gonna show you another website it's basically a single page
website that I've set up I don't even remember when like four or five years
ago maybe six years ago I don't remember honestly but uh basically I've set up
one page it took me 45 minutes to write I've set up another page it's a two page
website two article website but the other one doesn't rank – so one article
doesn't make very much money on daily basis but gets a little bit of traffic
by the lifetime earnings of one page is $800 something dollars and it
took me 45 minutes to write it so yes it takes years but in the I mean would you
rather get paid like $25-50 bucks now or you know $800 bucks throughout several
years so it's the decision is yours don't give up let me show that thing to
you all right guys so here is this website

It gets pretty put pretty low
traffic and I you can see I started at like end of 2014 and little bit of
earnings here then I don't know what happened probably the site went offline
I don't know I don't even think about this site but I then started picking up
and of 2015 and I had days like when it made like almost sixteen dollars and
then every now and then it makes couple bucks a day maybe like 50 cents but
whatever I don't even think about it it's just there it's making money great
and that took me 45 minutes to set it up the whole website took me maybe 2
hours to set up. I don't even know like I thought I would be working on it I
didn't never had time but you see just single article made this much money over
time sure you don't see a lot but if I had worked on that website if I'd built
other content there who knows what might have happened maybe it would be making
$800 bucks a day now so the point is don't give up keep working on it you
will see success and I know mo most of you watching this and I'm off sites out
there in general are poorly optimized so check out my other videos about

your earnings by just improving ad placement and I will show that to you in
